- REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Refunds are available to customers within 30 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- If you are not completely happy with your D’Clazzique hair before it is installed, we will REFUND your purchase if the bundle is unopened and the hair is in its original condition.
- If you do not love your D’Clazzique hair after installed we will EXCHANGE it for a product of no more than equal value within 30 days of purchase. If you desire a product that is more than the original item, you may be responsible to pay the difference.
If the listed conditions are not met, D’Clazzique reserves the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at email@example.com. D’Clazzique will pay for the cost of return shipping for unused product. We will provide a shipping label, or reimburse you otherwise for return shipping.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all used product exchanges.

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
We offer Priority 1 – 3 Business Day shipping at NO additional cost to the customer.
We offer Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping for an additional cost to the customer.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
